All orders must be placed online or by contacting our studio directly. Custom orders may require additional time and communication to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. All orders are subject to applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
Any promo codes or credits must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be retroactively applied.
We offer delivery within a specified range. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or higher value if the specific variety is unavailable.

Some custom orders may require a deposit to secure services. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward the final cost of the service.
Flowers and plants are by nature, perishable products. We take the utmost care to ensure that every order leaving our studio is in perfect condition. We cannot guarantee freshness or lifespan of items that have not been properly cared for. All quality claims must be made within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery. The original product must be presented in-person or detailed photos emailed to us at info@lindsaybydesign.com. We will work with you on a fair resolution at our discretion.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will work with you on a fair resolution.
If you need to return a new and unused retail item or non-floral product (i.e. book, vase, candle, etc.), a refund to your original method of payment is offered within 10 days of purchase with a receipt. For any returns made beyond 10 days of purchase, you may make an exchange or receive store credit for the amount shown on your receipt.
Orders can be canceled within a certain timeframe depending on the item ordered. Contact us directly for assistance with cancellations.
Lindsay By Design LLC is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events outside our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
While we strive for accuracy, our site may contain errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors without prior notice.
Lindsay By Design LLC’s liability is limited to the cost of the order. We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of our products.
